| Executive Profile |
Michael is responsible for Executive Perspective’s African operations which are based in Johannesburg South Africa. Since joining Executive perspectives in 2005 he has taken over all responsibilities for our managing local clients, supporting global clients with local delivery needs in Africa, and developing new business relationships in Africa. He brings a broad range of experience that includes front line-management expertise, sales management, training and education, leadership, and project management.
During his tenure at EP Michael has lead the design and delivery of multiple engagements for firms in Financial Services, Professional Services, Utilities, and Manufacturing. One of his proudest accomplishments at EP was the integration of charity and learning at a major financial firm that resulted in the collection of R750,000 in donations which were invested in black owned businesses. |

| Other Accomplishments |
Prior to joining EP Michael launched and managed several successful ventures across Africa. One involved the creation of a new business focused on providing educational services to local governments using LEGO educational materials focused on mathematics, science and technology. He also integrated and right sized a major cable provider that that was dispersed throughout the continent with multiple locations and over 700 employees.
Michael has completed a higher Diploma in Education at The Johannesburg College of Education; a 3.5 year IMM Marketing Diploma; and The Liberty Life Advanced management Diploma in 1994.
His hobbies and interests include football (soccer for you U.S Football fans!), golf and spending time with his wife and two sons at their home in Johannesburg. |
